The network is managed by the Network Executive Committee (NEC). Current members are

The NEC meets regularly and makes decisions on all financial aspects including the allocation of funds. It monitors the work of each TCU, constructs, monitors and publishes the technology road map, and it adapts the network strategy and activity plan accordingly - in cooperation with the European Commission.
